Appointment
After visiting our website, contact us by e-mail or by phone to book an appointment.
Visit
Once on site, you can visit our rental office where you will learn about our Loggia property. Unit floor plans are available as well as additional services you require. A model apartment will allow you to see the amenities offered at Loggia.
Select your apartment
Our specialists will accompany you in your decision to find the apartment that fits your needs. A reservation form can then be filled out to book your unit.
Discover available units
Signature
At a second appointment, you will be able to sign your lease and receive the following:
- Details of the unit;
- Maintenance guide;
- Important contact information;
- Rules and regulations of the building;
- Emergency information;
- Neighbourhood map and stores nearby;
- Moving in guide.
A date and time will be established for when you can move into your apartment. A representative will be present welcome you and to answer your questions.
